Trinidad Guzman

On December 26, 1954, Trina married Ezequiel “Chequele” Guzman. Together, they co-owned a photography studio—work that reflected steady dedication and pride in what they built side by side.

Trina enjoyed cooking, as well as knitting and crocheting, and her talent was recognized through numerous ribbons from the Fresno County Fair for her projects. Above all, Trina cherished time spent with her family, offering a constant presence marked by warmth and devotion.

Trina is survived by Carlos Guzman and her daughter-in-law Stephanie Guzman. Trina is also survived by her sister Maria De Jesus Gonzalez and her husband Jesus Gonzalez; her brother Jerry Marquez and his wife Nancy Marquez; Nick Marquez and his wife Sandy Marquez; her brother Frank Marquez and his wife Gayle Marquez; his sister Elena Marquez; her brother Peter Marquez and his wife Robbie Marquez. Trina is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Trina was preceded in death by her husband, Ezequiel Guzman, who passed away in 2011.

Services will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Visitation will take place from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at St. Anthony Mary Claret Church, 2494 S Chestnut Ave #1734, Fresno, CA 93725. The Funeral Service will follow from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at St. Anthony Mary Claret Church. A Committal Service will take place from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Belmont Memorial Park, 201 N Teilman Ave, Fresno, CA 93706. A reception honoring Trina’s life will take place afterwards at Stephens & Bean Funeral Chapel, located across the street from Belmont Memorial Park at 202 N. Teilman, Fresno, CA 93706.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association on behalf of Trinidad Guzman.
