Virginia passed away at home on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at the age of 92. She was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her husband H.L. "Ed" Howard and a brother Bill Gross.
Virginia is survived by her children, Victoria Howard, Holly Foley and Vaughn Howard; and a brother Robert Gross.
