She was born on October 6, 1938 in Beeville, Texas Richard and Lorene Seary.
She was a retired school teacher for 35 years.
Wanda is survived by her son Charlton Moore of Mill Valley, California.
Celebration of Life will be held at Toledo's Restaurant on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
