Wayne Edward Winter, born on July 5, 1952, in Fresno, California, to Reinhold and Anita Winter. He passed away on August 12, 2025, at the age of 73 in Clovis. Retired race car auto mechanic after 15 years. Wayne is survived by his sister, Sharon Winter.
