William "Buzz" Jacob Hoff

William “Buzz” Hoff of Fresno, CA. passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at the age of 82. He is survived by His wife of 50 years Nancy; children Jason, Michelle, and Matthew; his brothers Jerry and Bob; his grandchildren Julia and Anna; and his daughter-in-law Tashara. He will be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Buzz was an educator for 26 years in Sanger Unified and helped run family businesses for 10 years. He loved spending his free time golfing, going to the shooting range, and taking pictures of nature and altars of many churches. He also loved meeting and getting to know people as well as making others laugh with his many jokes and one-liners.

The family would like to thank all those who have been touched by Buzz’ humor and love over the past 82 years and those who brought him joy.

Remembrances may be made in his honor to St. Anthony of Padua Fresno or Philippine Nurses Association of America Foundation (PNAAF).

Visitation for “Buzz” will be held at Whitehurst, Burns & Blair Funeral Home

Due to COVID- 19 restrictions, the Holy Rosary, Mass of Christian Burial, and Interment, will be private. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
