

Marion, a homemaker, spent the better part of her life in Caruthers, Ca., where she raised her daughter, Joyce Aoki, and son, Grant Miyamoto, with her late husband, Lou Miyamoto.
Marion was an active member of the Fresno Betsuin. She loved to travel with her husband, close friends, and family. She loved to talk about her grandchildren and great grandchildren, who were the lights of her life.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sakamatsu and Hana- yo Omatsu. Her younger brothers, Bob and Sunao Omatsu; son-in-law Shunji Aoki, and her late husband, Lou Miyamoto.
She is survived by her brother, Jack and his wife, Diane Omatsu, of Bullhead City, Az.; daughter, Joyce Aoki of Fresno; son, Grant Miyamoto and his wife Lynn of Caruthers; grandchildren, Traci Aoki-Tan and her husband Michael Tan of Sacramento, Steve Aoki and his wife Amy of Fresno; Kate Miyamoto and Kylie Miyamoto of Caruthers; Sister-in-laws, Sylvia and Yuri Omatsu of Torrance, Elsie Morita of Reedley, Chiyeko Miyamoto of Torrance; her Aunt Jane Kuda of Los Angeles; and many nieces and nephews. Great grandchildren include Jenna and Michael Tan of Sacramento and soon to be baby Aoki of Fresno.
The family would like to send much appreciation and thanks to Dr. Dennis Nakata, Dr. George Siiu, Darryl Mumford, and Jill and the caring staff at Mum's Home Sweet Home.
Visitation will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Friday, February 24, 2012, from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm.
Funeral service will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Saturday, February 25, 2012, at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Washington Colony Cemetery.
