Anthony Robert Peck, better known as Tony to his family and childhood friends, passed from this life on to his eternal home on February 8, 2019. He was born August 25, 1964 in Charlotte, MI. Most of his life was spent in Dallas where he graduated from Hillcrest High School. He then went on to pursue his Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and then worked for more than 30 years as a finance executive.
As a young adult, Tony was a track and cross country star, an avid marathon runner and excelled academically. As an adult, his whole world revolved around his children, he was their biggest fan. He was a fun-loving husband, father, brother, and uncle, with a fantastic sense of humor that he used primarily to embarrass his wife and children. Anthony loved listening to and singing 80's music in the car. He loved watching his children play sports, and spent countless hours at the baseball field. Spending time outdoors, going on walks, fishing, and hunting were some of his favorite pastimes. He always made sure other people's needs were taken care of, especially his children and would truly do anything for anybody.
Anthony is preceded in death by his mother Helen Marie Carter, and his grandparents, Godleva and Roger Peck.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Shannon Peck; his children, Cody Peck (29) and his fiancé Kathryn, Nikki Peck (21), Ethan Peck (16), and Owen Peck (15); sister, Tina Mascari and her husband Frank; brothers, Douglas Peck and his wife Lori, and Roger Peck; and many more family and friends.
Anthony was loved while he was with us here on earth and we will continue to love him through time and all eternity. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
