Survived by his parents Karla and JoseLuis, sister Alejandra, paternal grandmother Soco Magaña, maternal grandfather Hector Avila, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Antonio attended Centennial High School in Frisco, TX and graduated with a Business and Marketing Degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. President of Sigma Nu Fraternity at Texas Tech.
Antonio lived a life filled with love, laughter, determination, kindness, and thoughtfulness; wrapped in a radiating personality. A smile that could fill an entire room. A contagious smile and laugh that would spread among all in his presence. He treated those around him with respect and he genuinely cared for others. Always the gentleman, opened the door for anyone in any situation. He was considerate. Always available for a friend - and if you weren’t a friend, you soon would be. Antonio always went out of his way to make everyone feel special. The friends he made in his life were life-long friends, too many to count. Someone who never met a stranger. He wasn’t always the loudest or smartest in the room, but he was able to connect with people individually and make them feel special. A supportive friend and loyal family member.
Antonio loved dogs. He especially loved his dog Maverick, an Australian cattle mutt that he rescued from the shelter. It was love at first sight for the two and Maverick became his best friend.
He was a hard worker. As an Acquisitions Analyst for Open House Group, he was the youngest member of the team, and he was very passionate about his job. Antonio was also an elite athlete who made multiple select Baseball and Lacrosse teams. He traveled with his lacrosse teams cross country and created so many friends and memories. A true sports aficionado, especially Texas Tech sports teams. He also had a love for snowboarding; since his first trip to Colorado as a young boy.
To put as much love and laughter into a full life is difficult for most of us. But Antonio did just that in a very short 25 years.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations by made in Antonio's name at Ronald McDonald House Dallas https://rhmdallas.wufoo.com/forms/z19zt30g1gt6brh/
