

Bradley Lynn Horn, age 60, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on September 22,2021, after a courageous fight with Covid. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving wife of 23 years, friends and family. Brad was born on December 21, in Abilene Texas, to Gerald and Frankie Horn. They moved shortly after his birth to Dallas. Brad attended Trinity Christian Academy class of 1980. While attending Trinity, he met Susan Sexton, who later would become his bestfriend and the love of his life. He and was an active student and athlete, playing multiple positions on the Varsity football and basketball teams. Brad made many lifelong friends at Trinity. Brad went on to attend Western Colorado
University in 1980 studying business management and spending his weekends skiing the Colorado Rockies. After college, Brad was inspired to serve his country and enlisted in the Marines. He completed his basic training in San Diego and was later stationed in Okinawa and Hawaii. After the Marines, Brad returned to his hometown of Dallas where he was blessed to reunite with Susan Sexton. Susan had recently returned to Texas from California, to start a horse farm in Prosper. Brad and Susan embarked on a fairytale courtship and quickly married in 1998,
Brad was an incredibly kind and gentle soul. His infectious smile was always encouraging to others. After moving to Prosper, Brad and Susan quickly became an active part of the growing town and joined Prosper United Methodist Church. Brad was a first-class ranch hand, Susan’s constant companion and adviser at Prospering Farm. Everyone, referred to as "barn family" loved Brad for always being there to support everyone. He loved working with people and connected almost instantly with anyone he encountered. Since Brad was a jack of all trades and had the ability to fix everything, he and Susan started a successful real estate company, Fifteen Twelve Properties. When not helping at Prospering Farm, Brad spent his time running and managing Fifteen Twelve Properties. Brad loved to remodel and maintain the houses Brad could frequently be found at the barn cooking hotdogs and hamburgers for the students and families at horse shows. In Brad's spare time he became an avid golfer. Brad and his father Gerald would frequently play golf at local clubs and charity tournaments.
Brad is survived by his best friend, loving wife and partner of 23 years, Susan Horn; his parents Gerald and Frankie Horn; brother Lance and his wife Gail and their children, Grace and Gwyneth, Sister Julia Norden her husband Todd and their children’s families Jake and Kate Utley and their son Hayes and Tanner and Lindsey Nordeen.
A memorial service will be held at the First United Methodist Church Frisco 7659 Preston Rd. Frisco. Service at 11:30, reception after.
