

Brian Haywood Humphrey, aged 72, passed away peacefully on June 26th, 2024 with his wife and two sons by his side after a hard fought battle with cancer. He was born July 21st, 1951, in Wichita Falls, TX, to John Haywood Humphrey and Phyllis Ischerwood. He grew up in Wichita Falls, TX and Euless, TX.
Brian later moved with, his wife, Deborah and started his own family in The Colony, TX. He was a graduate of Midwestern State University with a Bachelor's in Accounting and later obtained his Certified Public Accounting license. He married Deborah on June 10th 1978 at the First Christian Church in Wichita Falls. He worked as a Certified Public Accountant, displaying impressive problem solving skills especially anything involving mathematics. He later transitioned to working for the United States Postal Service for the later 20 years of his life. Brian was married to Deborah for 47 years and they had known each other for 51 years. Brian loved teaching his sons the game of baseball and taking them to Rangers games and card shows when they were kids. Brian also enjoyed going dove hunting with his sons every year. He loved his sons and his wife very much. After Brian retired from the United States postal service he developed a passion in investments and day trading in the stock market.
Brian Haywood Humphrey is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Deborah; two sons, Jonathan and Ryan, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Brian will be dearly missed by all those that knew and loved him.
