Brooke was one of those special people who touched the lives of every single person she met. Her bright smile and dazzling eyes, just being in a room with Brooke made your day brighter. I have many memories of Brooke but what will remain within me is how she made me feel which was happy! I think of Brooke and can't help but smile because of her humor and kindness. She truly had a magnetic personality that immediately made you feel happier about your day.
To Brookes Family- She talked about you all the time! All of you. She shared memories and current day events and it was clear her family was the light and pride of her life!
Amanda- I know how much she absolutely adored you. The two of you had a very special bond and I hope in time those memories bring you comfort.
Scott- I know you and Brooke also shared a special bond. She always shared how much she appreciated and loved you.
Ally- where do I even start? I have never met an Aunt as excited as Brooke was to welcome her Niece into the world. She LOVED you so so much. You brought such pure joy and happiness to her life. She loved spending time with you and creating memories with you.
The sky shines brightly with a star as magnificent as Brooke. May we all keep her spirit alive in choosing positivity, seeing the good in everything and giving back to others.
May God surround you with peace and love during this difficult time. Much Love, Marti

Amanda, I am so sorry to hear about Brooke’s passing. I have fond memories of group lunches when you and Brooke would talk about growing up in Lubbock and also of hosting your family for a Texas Tech game at the AAC. Words don’t really help that much during times like these but please know there are many friends wishing you comfort.

I had the honor to work with Brooke for many years. She could light up a room with her big Texas smile and beautiful brown eyes. Whenever something would not go as planned I can remember hearing Brooke say “Oh well, we tried and now let’s just do it better next time” and most often this would be followed by a sweet laugh and big smile. She showed grace under pressure and love for those around her. She genuinely wanted to help everyone and saw the good in others. My prayers and thoughts go out to Amanda, Scott, Brooke’s father and the entire family. May God grant you peace, comfort and strength.

I worked with Brooke about 15 years ago, but I felt like I still saw her everyday through her sunny, caring, and enthusiastic stories on social media. She was a light and an energy that cannot be matched by many people. Losing anyone is heartbreaking, but losing someone like Brooke is soul crushing. May you forever rest in peace, Brooke. You've left us with so many beautiful memories.

I'll always remember sweet Brooke as a fellow Red Raider and Lubbockite, but mostly as the kindest, most sincere soul. During the years that I worked with her at Mary Kay, she was nothing but hardworking, positive, and sympathetic. She brightened every room with her smile and can-do attitude. She was a stranger to no one and seemed to love interacting with and supporting others. She will be missed by many, myself included. My warmest thoughts to her family and friends. This is a big, big loss.

Sweet Brookie Beaves. So many fond memories of such a precious and genuinely kind person. We had our first ever Circle of Honor at work together and I will forever cherish our special picture we took in Mary Kay’s office. I’m grateful for the laughs we shared. Heaven has gained the sweetest angel.

I didn’t know Brooke very well, but a small work question several years ago led to one of the most heartfelt and compassionate conversations I ever had with a co-worker. There were tears involved (mine) and love and grace extended (hers) and even subsequent follow-ups from her. I will never forget the care Brooke showed to me. I have no doubt that Brooke is surrounded by love and light - and hopefully lots of furry bundles of love to snuggle with.

Brooke was the sweetest soul. Her beautiful spirit, kindness, and gentleness with others was one-of-a-kind. She always had a sweet word, and a warm hello. Never a harsh word. The world lost a light, and heaven gained an angel.

Brooke was one-of-kind. She had a heart of gold and loved to laugh. I can most clearly see her standing outside the Mary Kay restaurant on the first floor of The Mary Kay Building, because that is where I usually ran into her. She was always quick with a smile and a laugh. She had a way of just lighting up the space around her. I feel lucky to have known her. — Dora

I will forever hold close to my heart the beautiful, beautiful smile Brooke shared with the world. Always so kind, thoughtful, smart -- a true light in the an often grumpy world. I have missed you, Brooke, in the years since our work no longer brought us into each other's daily orbit -- but I have held you close in thought all these many years. I will continue to remember your beautiful soul in my prayers for the remainder of my days. God bless you and grant you perpetual peace and light. And may your family -- especially your darling sister Amanda, find comfort in the many long and sad days ahead.

Brooke was a light in this world. She lit up a room when she entered it. She was the sweetest, most vulnerable soul and saw the beauty in the little things. She taught us a lot about how to live life! The truly good ones get a ticket to paradise and for those who love her, it is too soon for her to go. But she earned that ticket with a life well-lived. There will always be this little happy spot in my heart with Brooke’s name on it. The work, the play, the trips, so many great memories. Fly high, Brookie, I love you! Sending love to Amanda, Ali, Scott, and Jerry.
