Don was born in Wichita Falls and spent his youth living in various towns across west Texas until his family settled in Odessa. Don graduated from Permian High School and later from Texas Tech University. He never met a stranger, befriended many and maintained those friendships for a lifetime. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was always a person you could count on and didn’t hesitate to help anyone in need. He loved a good afternoon nap and was never in a rush to finish a meal. He will be dearly missed.
Predeceased: Parents Mary and Jerrel Langford, Sister Linda Susan Langford, Brother Randall Langford, and daughter Jenifer Langford.
He is survived by his son Mark Langford, grandchildren Parker Langford, Lindsay and Brandt Phillips, Sydney and Justin Jones, great grandson Brooks Phillips. He is also survived by Lynette Yardley Langford, Mary Langford and David Patton, Terry and Debbie Williams and a host of cousins, other relatives and close friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Stonebriar Funeral Home, 10375 Preston Road, Frisco, Texas 75033.
