Eudelio "Lelo" Baltazar, 80, of Beeville, Texas passed away on December 9, 2013, He was born in Beeville, Texas on August 3, 1933. He is survived by his wife, Elida Baltazar, four children and six grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Stonebriar Funeral home in Frisco, TX. Rosary to be held at Stonebriar Funeral Home at 7pm Saturday, December 14. Funeral mass will be held at St. Francis of Asissi Catholic Church in Frisco, TX at 1:30pm Monday, December 16.
