Frank was born on November 14, 1959, in Hobbs, New Mexico, to Francisco Cano Sr. and Selia Cano. The oldest of four siblings, Frank grew up in Odessa, Texas, where he developed a strong work ethic, a quick wit, and a deep love for family — qualities that would define him throughout his life.
On March 8, 1997, Frank married the love of his life, Mary Elizabeth Cano, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with adventure, family traditions, and countless cherished memories. Through their marriage, Frank gained a daughter, Jennifer Parker, whom he loved as his own.
Frank was a dedicated businessman and the proud owner of Cano Plumbing Inc, a successful business he founded and operated for 36 years in the DFW area. His hard work and integrity earned him the trust of his community and the admiration of those who knew him.
A passionate sports fan, Frank loved cheering on his Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Mavericks. Summers were spent playing water volleyball in his pool, and he treasured traveling with his wife, friends, and family. But perhaps what he cherished most were Friday nights with his grandchildren — Bryce, Ava and Caleb — a weekly tradition filled with movies, Dave & Busters, laughter, and lots of treats!
Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Selia Cano. He is survived by his devoted wife of 28 years, Mary Elizabeth Cano; his daughter, Jennifer Parker (Brandon); his three beloved grandchildren, Ava Parker, Caleb Parker, and Bryce Parker; his brothers Richard Rayos (Dora) Larry Cano (Becky) and Henry Cano (Ramona); and his sister, Linda Cano. He also leaves behind Brother in laws, Sister in law, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who will miss him dearly.
