Cpl. William Preston Moore known as Preston born on March 10, 1987 in Hawaii but lived in Denton, Tx passed away Friday, January 31, 2020 after a long battle with a rare brain cancer. Preston is survived by his wife of 12 years Sarah Moore, his three children Kayla (12), James (10), and Luke (4), his mother Jennifer Moore and his brother Trevor Moore.
He served 4 years in the Marine Corps in Artillery and earned the rank of Corporal and earned many brothers in arms during those cherished years. He loved getting tattoos but his two most cherished tattoos were his mottos in life “Never give up” and “for those who can’t”. He made sure to live his life to honor those who cannot do all the things he could and for those that we have lost along the way. His never give up attitude allowed him to support and motivate his family to achieve their dreams and make sure they always gave 100% in everything that they did.
He was a loving father and husband who always made time to show how much he loved them and to make sure they were given everything they ever wanted. Preston always went above and beyond as a husband motivating Sarah to achieve her dreams even forcing her to go to her graduation so he could celebrate her. He always thought about everyone else and how he could help them, never once thinking about him and the hand he was dealt. Preston loved his rock music and working out and continued to rock out to Pantera and Metallica during the last moments.
