Margaret Patricia “Peggy” Bowers, 78, of Celina, TX passed away on January 11, 2021, just a few days after her husband, Jim. She was born in Elizabeth, NJ on July 27, 1942. Peggy married the love of her life, Jim Bowers on January 9, 1966.

Peggy retired as the Chief Underwriter for Universal Life Insurance Company after 25 years of service.

She was a practicing Catholic and led many Bible studies at several churches she attended through the years. Every morning, without fail she would say the rosary. She enjoyed gardening and playing with grandkids.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jim Bowers; and son, J. C. Bowers.

She is survived by her daughter, Therese Pennington (Shane); grandkids, Faith Ruble (David), Ella Pennington, Nathan Pennington, Corban Pennington, Hunter Bowers, Ryanne Baughman (Travis); great-granddaughter, Jovie Baughman; and sister, Joan Bert Topping.
