Marjorie Hennessey of Plano, Texas, passed away on February 15, 2014 at the age of 87. She was born on June 16, 1926 in Cambridge, Massachusetts to George E. and Margaret F. (McDonald) Morley. Marjorie grew up in Cambridge where she met John J. “Jack” Hennessey who she married in 1946. They were happily married for 26 years and lived part of their lives in Ft. Oglethorpe, Georgia. She was a devoted wife and mother who will be dearly missed.
Marjorie is survived and lovingly remembered by her daughter, Laura Hennessey Overmeer and husband Frank, of Plano, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jack and her parents George and Margaret Morley.
Burial will follow at a later date in the National Cemetery in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
