

Michael Crutcher, 73 yrs old, went to be with our Lord and Savior on August 31, 2025. Born on September 20, 1951. A loving husband, father, son and brother. Mike will be remembered and loved by all for his gentle and kind spirit to all that came to know him. A graduate of Kimball High School, and he also attended North Texas, where he was a proud member of Signa Phi Epsilon fraternity. He was also a cheerleader at Kimball HS, North Texas University, and the Dallas Cowboys. He also worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor for many summers. He was a very avid sports fan. He loved water skiing, scuba diving, skydiving and gymnastics. He worked in his family’s restaurant business, and after college, went into the Army, where he spent much of that time in Germany. He returned and lived in Austin for many years working in sales and contracting business. He returned to Dallas in 2000, when he married his high school sweetheart and the love of his life, Kathy Harding. He worked in Dallas as a Construction Estimator and in the Oil & Gas, Railroad Commission as a liaison. He retired in his later life with Kathy by his side.
He is survived by Kathy, his wife; daughter, Lacey Crutcher, brother, Rick Crutcher and sister, Pam Crutcher Hamlin; and his niece and nephew. He was predeceased by his father and mother, Ed and Pat Crutcher.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 26th, at 11:00 a.m., at Baccus Cemetery, located at 7485 Bishop Rd., Plano, TX 75024. There will be a tent with plenty of seating.
