Rebecca Lynn Geron

Rebecca Lynn Geron, age 44 died March 21, 2014 of flu and pneumonia complications. Born in Houston, Texas she was the daughter of Cary and Esta Ann Geron of Frisco, Texas and the sister of Anne Marie Bullock of Dallas, Texas. The family moved to Midland, Texas when Rebecca was 3 years old. Rebecca graduated from Robert E. Lee High School. She attended San Angelo State University and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Education. Rebecca loved children and teaching. She especially had a fondness for the special needs children. She showed everyone she met the same level kindness and always had a friendly smile for each person she came in contact with on a daily basis. Rebecca always had an ear for anyone who wanted to tell them their troubles. She had sound advice and truly loved her friends and family. Rebecca loved the sunshine and would want to be outside if given the opportunity.

She was immensely comforted by the unwavering assurance that God was ultimately in complete control of everything. This is comforting to her family in this time of grieving.

Rebecca is survived by her parents, her sister and her family, and lots of loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

The funeral will be held at Stonebriar Funeral Home, 10375 Preston Road, Frisco, TX 75034 at 2pm on Saturday March 29, 2014. There will be a reception to follow.
