Rodger Lee Harrison, 74 passed on from this life to his eternal home on January 2, 2019. He was born November 8, 1944 to Lee Harrison and Genevieve Mannering and was a beloved brother to his 4 sisters, where they grew up in Jackson, OH.

Rodger and Nancy were together for 28 years and were married in Nashville, TN in 1996. Together they had seven children; Shanna, Jason, Amy, Monica, Raven, Rodger, and Danielle.

Rodger loved country music especially Randy Travis, Crown Royal and sports, especially his Dallas Cowboys as well as Texas Tech Red Raiders, Texas Rangers, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. He enjoyed his 26 years working as a Carpenter and Construction Superintendent as well, but most importantly he loved spending time with his family. His favorite things to do were grilling, swimming and bringing his beloved Nancy flowers. Rodger spoiled his little dog, Haley, rotten and his children are pretty sure the dog is his favorite. Some of his favorite sayings were “ Who wants to watch the news?” “All ugly kids raise your hand” and “Get in the pool”.

If you knew Rodger, he was a force to be reckoned with, he loved hard and worked even harder. Family was everything to him and Nancy was his heart.

He is preceded in death by his son, Rodger Smallwood; father-in-Law, Curtis Meadows.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy; children Shanna, Nick, Jason, Amy, Monica, Raven, Rodger, Jolene and Danielle and 19 grandchildren; Brady, Tyler, Kaylee, Nate, Nicholas, Clayton, Tanner, Kein, Colin, Kyrsten, Daniel, Joseph, Christian, Trista, Jace, Wyatt, Hunter, Nathan and Christopher as well as his beloved dog Haley and many friends.

Rodger was loved while he was with us here on earth, and will be continued to be loved through time and all eternity.

Rodger was a very sweet guy. We worked together at Andres. We were the first generation, as Kenny called the ones that started when the company was founded. Rodger will be missed. May the Lord be with each of his family and friends as they go down this road without him.

There is no denying the love Rodger had for Nancy. He stepped in and stepped up. He did everything he could to give Nancy the life she deserves. I will forever be grateful to him for that. Rest In Peace Rodger. I know you will continue to look out from above for the beautiful blended family you and Nancy created.

Rodger was a great guy, a leader, and owned that quality when he's talking - you listen!
Sad to hear this news, but rest easy Rodger.
Might be a little unprofessional, but this Crown Reserve bottle is for you.
