Tim, my office is next door to yours. We share a lot in common. We are both CPAs, graduated about the same time from a Christian college, work for Hilltop, and most important, we both have three young children. I really appreciate the opportunity to be next to you and hear you coach and lead others to solve work problems. I like that you never get angry or raise your voice, not once. I'm glad we got to talk and joke on your last day in the office. I like to hear you laugh. I look forward to seeing you again soon. -Rick

Even though we never met I feel like I knew you well. I have been friends with Heather many years thru work and I have watched your kids grow up from a far. I have seen photo's of your many vacations and have celebrated milestones on a lot of occasions . I have helped find rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs and have heard many sugar glider stories. I just wanted you to know I thought you was a wonderful man, a fabulous Dad and a amazing husband. My heart broke when I heard you had gone and left everyone behind. I know Jesus welcomed you with open arms but I sure will miss the stories of you and your family on vacation , sporting events and the everyday living. I know being absent in this life means being present with the Lord but just know you left behind a lot of broken hearts and we will hold your memory in our hearts forever. I know as Christians we will see each other again one day and I can hardly wait to hug your neck Tim Kramer, you was a wonderful amazing man.

I have many memories of Tim from (Heather's) family reunions on the lake, and he always seemed like a person who was just so happy to be wherever he was. So happy to just be included and help out wherever he could. Later when I would see him interacting with his sons he still had that air of just being happy wherever he was, and to do whatever he could to help them. If those small moments in such a brief time could make such an impression on me, I can just imagine the impression he has made on so many others. He will be sincerely missed.

I am really going to miss Tim. He has always been such a happy pleasant person and a wonderful addition to our family. At all our family functions he would always be busy keeping track of feeding and caring for the boys so that Heather was free to catch up on the latest events in her relatives lives. When I think about all the best fathers I have known in my life , he is right up there at the top of the list. I will be grieving his
absence for a very long time. He was just an all around good guy.
