I have known Bill for 20+ years and as far back as I can remember, I will always remember his positivity...his glow. Bill was notorious for aiming high and winning big. He knew that didn't come without hard work and dedication. That same drive translated in to the home. He was so proud of his kids and loved his family and Lisa fiercely. Bill will be forever missed and I will always remember him as one of the nicest, positive and loveable guys around. It was an honor and privilege to know him in life and I know that he is in heaven, smiling down on us with no pain and an unlimited supply of joy. With loving thoughts - Sarah Gonzalez

Bill was a good friend. We both Left Lompoc and moved to Las Cruces New Mexico because of our fathers jobs. Two California boys stuck in the desert. Bill made that transition easier and we became good friends. I am going to miss him.
