Jay Oliver Green

Jay Oliver Green, age 40, of Front Royal passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Orndorff officiating. Burial will follow in Ivy Hill Cemetery in Upperville. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Jay was born in Goldsboro, NC on February 1, 1977, a son of Embrey Lane Green, Jr. and the late Janice Lynn Wice. He was an electrician for Rosendin Electric, Inc. He was a member of the IBEWUL#26. When he wasn’t working as an electrician he was working his farm. He enjoyed playing his guitar and reading his Bible. He attended Howellsville United Methodist Church and Winchester Church of God. He was a loving husband, father, and brother. He is survived by his wife, Molly Marie Green; his daughter, Heaven Michelle Green; his brothers, Jeremiah Lee Green, Adam Carey Green, and Forrest Embrey Green, all of NC.
