Obituary of Donna Jo Gibson

We lost our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Donna Jo Gibson at the age 72 on Friday July 26, 2019 in Boise. She lived in Fruitland, was formally of Emmett.

Donna was born on February 27, 1947 in Merced, California to Claude and Eurple (Johnson) Sumpter. She was the fifth of eight children. Donna was a woman of strong faith and strong character. She had a great love for yard sales and thrift shops. She spent a long time collecting angels, snowmen, gnomes and anything about Jesus.

She fought a hard fight and will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Donna leaves behind three daughters, April (Tony) Young, Sue (Randy) Young, Debbie (Randy) Zylka; two step-children, Joshua (Margaret) Gibson and Holly (Chad) Franklin; 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
