Betty Lee Channel

She was born to Mary Struck and Peter Struck on Halloween in 1930. She was one of 8 kids. Betty married Clifton Clark in Nebraska and there were 8 children of the marriage. Betty and Cliff were married 28 years and eventually settled in Colorado. Along with raising her children, Betty worked at Kmart and Value Molding Corporation.

Betty and Cliff divorced in 1974 and eventually, Betty married Pat Channel. Betty spent years volunteering at the Fort Collins Christian Church Outreach Center. On any given night you could find her in any bingo parlor in Fort Collins. She also enjoyed playing cards at the Fort Collins Senior Center. She was an avid quilter and loved embroidery. She was a lover of people and a jokester. She will be missed by all.

She is preceded in death by Pat Channel, her daughters Cyndi Sparr and Sandy Foster. She is survived by her children, Barbara Hayes, Betty Jo Morgan, Karen Stieben, Linda Moran, David Clark and Kenny Clark and 15 grandchildren. Her memorial service will take place on February 27th at 10:30am at Resthaven Funeral Home. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery following a luncheon.
