She was born June 19, 1928 in South Haven, Kansas. Her parents were Charles and Hattie White. She was the seventh child in a family of nine. She grew up on a farm during the Great Depression years in southern Kansas. Beulah attended South Haven Elementary School and Belle Plaine High School. Beulah married Ralph Jurs in 1947 in Arkansas City, Kansas. They moved to Lincoln, Nebraska in 1951, where Ralph attended Union College. She enjoyed gardening and interior decorating. Beulah was a long time member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law Sandra Jurs of Berthoud, Colorado, her grandson Sean Jurs, and great-grandsons Brett Jurs and Bryce Jurs (Sonya). She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph, and her two sons, Dennis Jurs and Gary Jurs.
Per her wishes, she will be laid to rest with Ralph at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Fort Collins. No public services will be held.
