Chad was born on September 9, 1976, in Greeley, CO. Chad was the son of Kent and Patty Mills. Chad’s unique presence in this world has left behind powerful and beautiful memories that have changed the lives of those who knew him. Although he did not speak with a language we know, he communicated with us in a way we all learned to understand. Love is love, no matter how it is communicated.
He is deeply missed and will always be in the hearts and minds of his loved ones.
Chad’s immediate family consists of his parents: Kent and Patty Mills of Windsor, CO, his sister Jennifer Schiltz of Scottsdale, AZ, and his brother Ryan Mills of Carrboro, NC. The branch of family also includes his brother-in-law Jared Schiltz and nephews Tyler Schiltz, Cooper Schiltz, Walter Mills and Al Mills, and amazing caregivers Carly and Nate Spindler.
