With solemn reverence, we commemorate Charles “Chuck” Michael Pavlock Jr., of Loveland, Colorado, whose life came to an end on November 3, 2025, at the age of 66. Though his time on earth has passed, Chuck’s spirit remains strong and enduring in the hearts of all who loved him.
Born on July 7, 1959, in Jamestown, New York, to Charles Michael Pavlock Sr. and Marie Anne Pavlock, Chuck was a force of nature—athletic, strong-willed, and full of fire. As the youngest child and only boy among three big sisters, he learned early how to hold his own, especially with sisters who never missed an opportunity to give him a hard time. They kept him on his toes and bossed him around, all in good fun. Their teasing helped shape his humor, tough exterior, and resilient spirit.
He carried that competitive drive into everything he did, sports, adventures, challenges, and any task that put his grit to the test. He loved playing football with his friends and cooking alongside his mom. Beneath the stubbornness and mischief was a deeply loyal heart. Chuck cared fiercely for the people in his circle and brought an energy that was impossible to forget.
Chuck earned an Associate Degree in Construction Management and a certification in Architecture, leading to a respected career in the homebuilding industry. He served as Vice President of Richmond American Homes, worked as a Home Inspector, and took great pride in his craftsmanship and leadership.
On August 23, 1986, Chuck married the love of his life, Michelle, at The Church of Peter and Paul in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. For 43 years, their marriage stood as a testament to devotion, faith, and loyalty.
As a husband, he was steadfast, devoted, and true. He chose his family every single day, loving with a loyalty that never wavered and a heart that never quit. Chuck may not have spoken grand words, but he lived his love in quiet, constant ways, showing up, offering support, and protecting the life he built with unwavering commitment. He believed in partnership, strength, and loyalty. He carried both the weight of hard days and the joys of ordinary ones with the same dedication, always by his wife’s side. He never focused on being perfect, only on being present, and that made all the difference. His marriage was not just a chapter in his life—it was his foundation, pride, and one of his greatest accomplishments. He was her steadfast partner, the quiet strength she could always rely on.
As a father, he loved with a depth that was felt more than spoken. He was steady, protective, and fully invested in his children’s lives. His love came through in how he showed up, in his work, his support, and the sidelines he cheered from. He balanced strength with softness, teaching resilience with patience and discipline with heart. He brought humor to ordinary moments and believed in being present, not perfect, and that made all the difference. His children, Jessica and CJ, were his greatest pride and deepest joy. Being his child meant being fiercely protected, deeply known, and unconditionally loved.
As a friend, Chuck valued relationships, was loyal, and considered his friends family. His loyalty was unshakable, his humor unforgettable, and his presence a gift to everyone lucky enough to know him.
Chuck loved his home and found joy in working on projects, gardening, and cooking for friends and family. He enjoyed golfing with Jessica, watching movies with CJ, taking weekend lunches and walks with Michelle, traveling with his family, and cheering for his beloved Buffalo Bills and Denver Broncos. He also cherished time with his grand-dog, Oliver, who was always by his side.
He is survived by his loving wife, Michelle Pavlock; his children, Jessica Pavlock and CJ Pavlock; his sister Caroll (Steve) Puelo; his mother-in-law Anita Poissant; sisters-in-law Chris, Meg, Cathy, Lisa, Ellen, and Karen; dear friends Keith Blanchfield and Marin Popov; and many members of the extended Poissant and Pavlock families. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Sr. and Marie Pavlock, and sisters Charlotte Pavlock and Anna May Pavlock.
A Rosary will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m., both at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 1730 W. 12th St., Loveland, CO 80537.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Pavlock Family to assist with final expenses.
Though Chuck has journeyed beyond this life, his presence endures, steady, familiar, and strong in the hearts of those who knew him. His legacy lives on through the love he gave, the strength he shared, and the life he built with unwavering devotion.
