Born on November 9, 1957, in Seguin, Texas, she was the daughter of Agapita (Saldana) and Jose Lara Pacheco, who precede her in death, and a sister to Janie Cordova (Art), Jose "Joe" Pacheco Jr. (Dorothy), and Gabina Pacheco, all who survive her.
The Pacheco family moved to Loveland when Connie was young and she graduated from Loveland High School. Connie was quiet and had a calm demeanor, just like her father. She was a die-hard WWE Wrestling fan and enjoyed watching the matches on TV. Raised Catholic, she was a woman of faith and had a personal relationship with Christ. Connie was always very close to her sister, Gabina, who will miss her dearly.
A Memorial Service will be held for Connie at Riverbend Health and Rehabilitation Center in Loveland. Details are forthcoming. She will be placed to rest at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Fort Collins, Colorado.
