Our mom, whom friends and relatives knew as Cora, passed into the loving arms of Jesus at her home on June 13th, 2024.
Widow of Eugenio Sanchez who passed on January 22nd, 2018. Cora was the mother of five children Jeannie Sanchez-Shrubbe, Richard Sanchez, Doris Goetz, Jocelyn Roberts, and Rachel Forney, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, and passing down family recipes. Cora was an avid Bible reader and born-again Christian, who believed in her Savior, Jesus Christ.
She was our mother and grandmother, whom we loved dearly. We will miss her wisdom, creative knowledge, and beautiful spirit. We will carry these memories with us till we all meet again.
Cora will be placed to rest with her beloved Gene in private service at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
