David Lee Rosengrant, Sr., 81, of Frederick, Colorado, passed away February 17, 2015. David was born September 25, 1933 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Walter and Maggie Rosengrant. He graduated from Edmond High School in 1952 and from Central State College in 1962 with a teaching degree. He started teaching in 1962 and after obtaining his Master’s Degree, he worked as a school administrator.
David married Suzann Kaaren Rosengrant on March 10, 1952 and to this union two children were born, Kathy Jo and David Lee, Jr.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Suzann, his parents and five siblings. He is survived by his sister, Jeanette Warner; daughter, Kathy Jo (Mike) Bonafede; son, David Jr. (Debra); 5 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
