Dolores was born March 10, 1932 in New Mexico to Luis Borrego and Florinda Bernal. Dolores married Roy Duran. The pair had six children.
Dolores found joy in her flower garden. She had a good sense of humor and was personable. She loved shopping for antiques and collected them for years. Dolores was a fantastic cook and spent as much time as she could with her family, especially her grandkids.
Survivors include her daughters, Genevieve (Don) Matthews & Diana (Randal) Trujillo; son, Roy Duran Jr.; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Dolores is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Duran; daughters, Ruby Chavez & Antoinette Vigoda; and son Daniel Duran.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Allnutt Funeral Service – Drake Road Chapel in Fort Collins, Colorado. Masks will be required.
