Dorothy Felton Kerekes, 84, of Fort Collins, Colorado, died on Monday, December 8, 2025. Born in Chicago, Illinois on May 30, 1941, she was a daughter of the late George E. and Ferne Whetstone Felton. Dorothy graduated from Punahou School in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1959, and Parsons College in Fairfield, Iowa in 1963. While at Parsons College she met Charles S. Kerekes and they married on June 26, 1965.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Charles, parents George and Ferne, son Kevin C. Kerekes and sister Frances Randol.
Surviving are son Bradford Kerekes, daughter-in-law Sharon Kerekes and grandchildren Nathan and Clara, all of Fort Collins, Colorado, and sister Marsha Stevenson of San Jose, California.
Interment at Bronswood Cemetery in Oak Brook, Illinois will be scheduled at a later date.
