Dorris was a loving, caring woman who lived life with honesty and heart. She was opinionated, vocal, caring, stubborn and always true to herself. Dorris deeply loved her family, her Denver Broncos, Texas Longhorns, her faith in God, and her cherished cat, Zoe. She was a blessing to all who knew her — her friends, nephew, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She cared about others more than herself and put family above all else.
Though she will be forever missed, we find comfort in knowing she is now in good hands, reunited with her parents, brother, and son in the presence of our Heavenly Father.
A Graveside Service will be held and Dorris will be placed to rest on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 10am at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Fort Collins.
