Elaine C. Minor

Born on February 27, 1938, in Swanton, Ohio, she was the daughter of Orpha (Patterson) and Earl Bowers. She was raised in a loving home alongside her brother, Roger. Elaine fondly remembered swimming in Round & Devils Lakes in Michigan while camping with her mom and dad.

Elaine attended Aims Community College and became an accomplished realtor. She was a dedicated professional who took her career in residential home sales very seriously. She proudly served northern Colorado for more than 30 years and helped countless families find their perfect home.

Elaine was blessed with three beautiful daughters: Melissa, Shelly, and Susanna. She loved her children and supported them in all that they did. She was so proud of her girls and the successful women they became, each in their chosen fields.

In her free time, Elaine enjoyed playing the piano. She loved visiting her friend Betty in Gilroy, California and attending the Garlic Festival. She was beloved by many and will be dearly missed.

Elaine leaves behind a beautiful legacy and is survived by her daughters Melissa Railsback (Gary), Shelly Falk (Steve), and Susanna Romanek (Todd); grandchildren Amanda Ollmann, Alysia Breninger, Ashton Crespin, Ethan Falk, and Owen Falk; great-grandchildren Hayden, Jackson, Henry, Evelyn, Juniper, and Bo; and by her brother, Roger Bowers; as well as her precious poodle, Suzy Q, who brought her endless joy.
