Betty was a graduate of Wilbur H Lynch High School. She married Joseph Grajewski of Hagaman, NY on October 17, 1948. They had two daughters; Judith and Joeann. She and Joseph resided in Amsterdam, NY until they relocated to N Fort Myers, FL to enjoy their retirement. After his death, Betty moved to Fort Collins, CO to be near her daughters.
Being an avid reader, she always enjoyed getting lost in a good book and was proud of her personal library. Visiting with family brought her joy as did sitting with her cat or dog on her lap.
Betty is survived by her daughter Joeann Gutowski (Robert) of Fort Collins, CO; brother Robert Stangle of Broadalbin, NY; sister-in-law Marilyn Stangle of Selkirk, NY; and many nieces and nephews.
Betty is predeceased by her husband of 55 years Joseph Grajewski; daughter Judith Grajewski; her parents; brothers George, Clifford, Edward, and Richard Stangle; and sisters Doris Karchesky, Jeanette Stangle, Gertrude Natale, Barbara Heaton, and Mary E Nicolas.
Her immediate family will hold a private memorial.
