Erlean Berg

Erlean Berg, 91, of Drake passed away on March 9, 2008. Erlean was born on August 9, 1916 in Tampa, KS to Joseph and Amelia (Sween) Glantz. She attended high school in Durham, KS. Erlean married Raymond Berg in 1935 in Adams City, CO and also lived in Broomfield before moving to Drake in 1975.Erlean worked as a bookkeeper at the Boulder County Treasurer's Office. She was a member of the Chapel of the Interlude in Drake. She liked to water ski and fish in her younger years. Most recently, she enjoyed crocheting and making doll clothes.Erlean was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Jerry Berg.She is survived by her husband, Raymond Berg; son, Ray Berg Jr.; Aunt Leona of Abilene, KS; grandchildren Bart and Brett Berg and Brenda Guill; 3 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am on Thursday, March 13th at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.Memorial Contributions may be made to the Hospice of Estes Valley or SMERT (Storm Mountain Emergency Response Team) in care of Resthaven Funeral Home, 8426 S.
