Glenda Seitz, 73 of Fort Collins, Colorado went to be with her Lord on June 23, 2020. Glenda was born in Powers Lake, North Dakota to Lawrence and Olive Maxine Bacon. Glenda attended Brea Olinda High School and graduated in 1964. On June 12, 1980, she married her best friend and soul mate, Dennis Seitz. They shared an amazing 40 years of love and laughter. Glenda’s greatest joy in life was her children and grandchildren. She loved every moment she spent with them. Glenda also enjoyed writing poetry, playing on her tablet, watching “my soaps” and of course, shopping! Glenda had thirteen brothers and sisters that she loved dearly.

Glenda also loved her friends that she made throughout her lifetime. They were all like family to her. Glenda was the best daughter, mom, grandmother, great-grandmother, sibling, and friend that you could ever hope for. She will be remembered for her unconditional love, a wicked sense of humor, and fierce loyalty.

Glenda is preceded in death by her parents and siblings Pam Viles, Kevin Bacon, Faye Moore, Bud Bacon, Carroll Reichstien and Mary Hallowell.

Glenda will continue to be honored by her husband Dennis Seitz; children Brooke Moats (Tommy), Laura Spear (Sean), Mark Seitz (Martha); siblings Darlene Bacon, Sandra Cantrell, Stein Bacon, Bruce Bacon, Beverly Bird, Shirley Ibach, and Donelda Vincent; great-grandchildren Crystal, Madalynn, Noel, Sydney, Samantha, Haley, Parker, Karissa, Caden, Cole and Tanner; and great-grandchildren Emma Cruz, Andrew, and Angel.

Dear Dennis and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Glenda was a wonderful lady and I will always remember how much she loved my photo of my roses and the sunset. I will also remember you and her giving me a photo frame of the picture. Hope Glenda sees lots and lots of roses in Heaven.
Love to you and your family,
Joanie Graham

Glenda’s smile had a way of telling you a message. A message of unwavering love. She had a way of making you feel like you were the only one in the room and you were her favorite. Yet anyone who left that very same room would say they were Glenda’s favorite. Her soul was pure, full of joy and kindness. She presented herself in such a classy, spunky way. However, her sense of humor was boundless. She aged perfectly and always had a bound of energy and young ness about her. I thank Brooke for sharing her with everyone. Quite honestly, I think Glenda was an angel sent from heaven to make this world a little better. That mission was accomplished. I know she is safe and her spirit and soul will always shine thru. You are a one of a kind and I personally am forever blessed to have been a part of the magic. Peace be over the family for loosing Glenda on this earth. I know we will all see her again. Until then catch the wave of Glenda that tides thru.

I cherish the time that Glenda and Dennis stayed with us. We had so much fun making goodies for the picnic at Carbon Canyon Park. We stayed up most of the night laughing. She
Told me a secret about someone kissing her cheek I won’t reveal the secret but will always laugh when I think of her. I will remember her with a smile in my heart!
