Hillary Denea Newberry

Born October 9th, 1980, and raised in Colorado, Hillary cherished her roots and the beauty of her home state. She attended Thompson Valley High School and carried with her the warmth, strength, and resilience of a true Coloradoan throughout her life.

Hillary was a devoted homemaker and, above all, a fiercely proud mother to her four children: Joshua, Gabriel, Kaitlyn, and Kiley. She never missed a chance to talk about them or show them off—her pride and love were limitless and evident to everyone who knew her.

Full of energy and warmth, Hillary was outgoing, fun-loving, and the very definition of a social butterfly. She loved to have a good time and was often the life of the party, lighting up every room she entered with her laughter and spirit. Whether it was a family game night, a camping trip, or a quiet afternoon fishing, Hillary found joy in the simple pleasures of life and especially in time spent with family.

Hillary is survived by her loving mother, Patricia Drieth; her four beloved children, Joshua, Gabriel, Kaitlyn, and Kiley; and her siblings: Justin, Timmy, Melany, Stephanie, and Barbra. She was preceded in death by her father, Galen Barenberg.

Her vibrant spirit, generous heart, and deep love for her family will be forever remembered by all who knew her.

A public funeral service will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 12:00 noon at Allnutt Funeral Services' Drake Road Chapel, located at 650 W Drake Rd in Fort Collins. All who knew and loved Hillary are welcome to attend and celebrate her life. The family encourages you to honor her memory by cherishing your loved ones, embracing joy, and living life to the fullest—just as she did.
