Lu started with the Coloradoan as a youngster delivering papers and went on to be a circulation manager and later went into accounting during his college year. He later went into advertising sales before becoming a successful real estate investor with his wife Letha (Bristol). Together they enjoyed world travel and life to the fullest. They recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
Lu will be sorely missed by friends and family. Always the life of the party with his quick wit and humorous stories.
He is survived by his wife Letha Robinson, and son Luis Edward Robinson. He was preceded in death by his daughter Theresa McIntyre, his infant nephew Hugh Edward Robinson Jr., and his brother Hugh Edward Sr.
