2018. He was adored by his family and friends, and admired deeply by everyone who knew him
in his remarkable life.
Jeff was born April 8, 1962 in Pierre, South Dakota and grew up in Stanton, North Dakota and
Wheatland, Wyoming, where he enjoyed playing sports and working on family farms.
As a young adult, Jeff moved to Fort Collins, Colorado and soon began a successful, fulfilling
career of 35 years at the Platte River Power Plant. Jeff enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting with his
cousins and his friends, and was passionate about anything involving University of Wyoming
sports.
Jeff was an inspirational father, always striving to be the best version of himself and
encouraging others to do the same.
He had an incredible work ethic that extended well beyond his extraordinary career. He could
fix anything and generously gave his time and talents to anyone who needed help. He loved
taking on projects at home, especially in his beautiful yard. He spent special time with his Dad
helping him to build his log home in Wyoming, and in recent years, cutting many cords of wood
for the fireplace.
He is survived by his love of 19 years, Anita Miller and children, Jacob and Madeline Miller; his
parents, Janice Miller of Austin, Texas and Dale (Cecelia) Miller of Bedford, Wyoming; his sister,
Trish Miller of Austin Texas; his sister Coleen (Peter) Regan and nephew, Sean Regan and
niece, Grace Regan, all of Jackson, Wyoming, and many, many other special relatives.
