

Born in Longview, Washington, she was the daughter of the late Jessie J Miller and Mary Louise (White) Miller and the wife of the late Bob Turner. Kathy graduated from Camden High School in San Jose, California in 1969. She volunteered at the McKee Hospital gift shop in Loveland and enjoyed reading and doing cross stitch, which she was quite talented at. Kathy enjoyed eating spicy food and carrot cake.
Kathy and Bob were married on March 22, 1992 and had three happy years together before his death following a stroke at the age of 56 in May, 1995.
Surviving are her brother (Michael) Vance (Rosa) Miller of Ohio, Neil (Lori) Miller of CO and sister, Colleen (Mike) Barry of CO and nieces and nephews Kevin, Tracy, Kamron, Heather, Josh, Felix and Ian, Aunt Lizzie, and eighteen cousins.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law, James and Cathy Miller, Aunt BJ, Uncle Don, and Uncle Ed. Her beloved dogs, Chevy and before him Punkin, also predeceased Kathy.
A memorial service for Kathy will take place on Zoom, yet to be scheduled.
Kathy and Bob's ashes will be spread in Rocky Mountain National Park at her request.
