

Lillian Jack passed peacefully Feb. 21, 2018. Lillian was born in Columbus, OH Aug. 27, 1922 to Andrew and Eiby Moore. She lived in Dayton, OH during her childhood & graduated from Wilbur Wright HS. She then attend 2 yr. business school. She met her husband Herbert Jack where they both enjoyed playing in the high school band. They married in 1942 not long before he left for the war. They had a loving marriage of 72 years. A marriage of deep tenderness and caring.
Lillian travelled to San Francisco 1944-45 to be near her husband on his return from the Pacific. They then moved to Dallas, TX to start life anew. That is where Lillian started her career as a bookkeeper extraordinaire in the oil industry. This career continued after their move to Broomfield, CO in 1958 until she retired 40 yrs. later. Lillian lived in Broomfield until Herbert, her husband, died in 2015. Her last 2 years were spent in Fort Collins near her daughter and family.
She enjoyed her work in the oil industry and also worked a few years at Geneva Generics in Broomfield.
Interests included gardening, cooking and sewing. She was a Worthy Matron of The 66th Order of Eastern Star 1965-66. She also enjoyed sharing friendships through Herbert's Masonic friends as well as close long-time neighbors.
Above all though, she cared deeply for her family hardly ever missing holidays and many family gatherings. She had a kind and gentle heart.
Lillian is survived by her daughter, Sue Ellen Lamb (James), two granddaughters, Deborah Lamb and Stacey Mobley (Isaiah) and 3 great-grandsons (Kenny, Devin & Jayden). All family members live in Fort Collins, CO.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
