Marie was a very caring, generous, loving woman, and mother. She touched the hearts of all that she met. She was always willing to listen and was willing to help out if she could. Marie was a devout Catholic and she always went to Church on Sundays. She trusted in the word of the Lord and every night after talking with her sister, Peggy, she would say the rosary and her night time prayers. Over the years as her health declined and she was not able to drive, she would watch the mass on TV. The church sent over Jack to give her communion on Friday, he would sit with her and visit. Every person who met Marie always said how sweet she was. My brother asked her once what she did if she was upset with someone, she told him I say prayers for them and then I go to bed. Then my brother said, then what do you do? She responded with, I just told you what I do.
We would like to thank all of those professional personnel that took care of during her times of need.
She will be greatly missed, we are glad that she is no longer suffering and is now at rest with God.
