I was cleaning up after my children in our basement the other day. I bent down to fold a quilt and smiled fondly. There tucked in the corner is a homemade patch that reads ‘To: Katie On Her Graduation. From: Ester Cortez’. It’s one of my most cherished items. I remember the Christmas after my Grandpa Ron died, Ester and Marty brought over special ornaments for each one of us and sat with us as we mourned him being gone for that first holiday. I think of them every time I hang that ornament on my own family’s tree. I will always remember and hold their kindness near to me. They were amazing people and I am over joyed their souls are reunited in their eternal home. God bless their family and may they always know Marty and Ester are very much still here in all of the love and kindness they gave to others while on Earth.

Virgie, I was so saddened to hear about the passing of your sister Ester. I know we have not spoken in a long time but you and your mom are in my prayers and thoughts often. I have many wonderful memories of when we were young and lived in Sterling. Please let your mother know I am praying that God will wrap her in His spirit and comfort her, you and your sister. Sending my love Minerva

I am saddened to hear your beloved mother has gone to be with our Lord. She was a school friend of mine when we lived on North 4th Avenue in Sterling CO in the 60’s. We walked to school together and spent time together, as did our parents. I saw her last summer at a wedding in Denver, and she still looked amazing. She was a beautiful soul, inside and out, and will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences to you both, and to all her family. God bless you, you are in my prayers ♥️

Enrique & Marty, I am so very sorry for the loss of your beloved Mom. She is a beautiful lady with a big heart to the world. She introduced me to “Life is Good” products and I have many items from their collections.

It is an honor to know both your parents. A great couple that will be missed so much from this life time.

Love,
Shery
