Mildred Maxine Ratzlaff

Mildred “Maxine” Ratzlaff was born on December 6, 1925 in Wakefield, Michigan to Leonard and Della (Locks) Tibbets.

She graduated from high school in Iron Mountain, Michigan and attended Grace Bible Institute in Omaha, Nebraska.

It was there that she met the love of her life, H. Harry Ratzlaff. To their union was added four children: Dawn, Philip, David, and Steve. They had grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

She enjoyed serving the Lord with her husband, especially leading Bible studies and playing the piano or organ in Church. She taught piano for 38 years. Her hobbies included, sewing, knitting, crochet, counted cross stitch and painting.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughter, her siblings, 5 grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.

She is survived by her sons, Philip (Carol) Ratzlaff, David (Lee) Ratzlaff, Steven (Jayne) Ratzlaff, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and numerous friends.

A funeral service will be held on July 3, 2020 at Livermore Community Church 276 W County Road 74E Livermore, Colorado 80536 followed by a Graveside Service at Livermore Cemetery.

Rest in Peace Maxine. I will miss you and your kindness. You were a wonderful friend. You were very caring and sweet. You are now playing piano in heaven and we here will miss you.
