Richard Eugene Carroll

January 7, 1963 – May 9, 2022
Richard (Rick) Carroll passed away May 9, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents - Jim and Pat, and brother Steve. He is survived by his brother Ron (Brenda), brother Jim (Doris), sister Lela (Ron), twin brother Dave (Sandy), several nieces and nephews, and good friends Dales and Andi. Rick had a big heart. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He helped a lot of people over the years. There were some who took advantage of him, but he kept on. Celebration to be held at a date to be determined. The B.S. is over. Rest in peace, Rick.
