Bob and Eileen were the best neighbors I’ve ever had. I enjoyed many lunches at their house. Just the nicest people. Since my parents lived across the country,I always thought of Bob as my second Dad. He could fix anything. He loved to laugh and always had a big smile on his face.
I remember helping drive a truck when they were shredding corn( I think it was called insulage) and Bob pulled up next to the truck with the shredder ,aimed the chute into my window and proceeded to dump the shredded corn onto my lap. Boy did it itch.!
Thankful for all the fond memories . He will be missed.
