Rosa Linda Hernandez

Rosa Linda Hernandez, 55, of Loveland went home to be with the Lord on May 1, 2009. Rosa was born on August 22, 1953 in New Braunfels, TX to Manuel and Maria (Rodriguez) Castaneda. She met Eduardo Hernandez in Berthoud in 1972 and they married April 21, 1973.Rosa was a former employee of Hewlett-Packard and was a member of the St. John's the Evangelist Catholic Church.She was preceded in death by her parents. Rosa is survived by her husband, Eduardo; daughters Anna Hernandez, Rosario (Eric) Culbertson, and Nora Hernandez, all of Loveland; brothers, Leonard (Elida) Pena of Rockland, TX, Manuel (Cathy) Castaneda of Loveland and Ruben (Elizabeth) Castaneda of Cheyenne, WY; sisters Lydia (Raul) Aleman of Grand Prairie, TX, Maria (Rudy) Flores of Greeley, Janie (David) Ramos of Greeley and Teresa Castaneda of Arvada; and grandchildren Marcus Hernandez-Graves, Olivia, Quentin, Alia, and Yasmine Culbertson and Devin Hernandez-Mitchell.A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, May 6 from 5pm â?? 7pm with a Rosary beginning at 7pm at Resthaven Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00am Thursday, May 7 at St. John's Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
