She was born December 25, 1924 to the late Alex and Virginia Gallegos in Raton, New Mexico. She was a faithful member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Fort Collins for over 85 years, worked at Cedar Plastics and as cook in many local restaurants. Rose also enjoyed camping, fishing and retreating to the cabin.
Rose is preceded in death by: husband, Raymond Hinojosa; son, Jim Hinojosa; and her parents.
She is survived by: brothers, Art Gallegos and Jerry Gallegos; sister, Virginia Aguire; sons, Alfonso Hinojosa and Tony Hinojosa (Rene); granddaughter, Melissa; and 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be 10:00am Friday, November 2, 2018 at Allnutt Funeral Service, Fort Collins with Recitation of the Rosary at 9:30am. Reception will follow service in Allnutt Drake Reception Center.
Graveside Service will be 2:00pm Friday, November 2, 2018 at Roselawn Cemetery, Fort Collins.
